NSCN (I-M) today informed all its members to attend two-day council conference, to be held January 29 and 30 at council headquarters, Hebron. In a statement, organizing committee convener D.T. Lincoln has requested all its members to reach Hebron January 28 or January 29 early morning, as the first session would commence 4 p.m. that day.
